Fuck I was just taken off my 20mg Oxys today and put on 1 30mg er morph. pill.. This sucks. Anyway does anyone have any experience with these. I was taking 60mgs of Oxy a day and 7 10/325 Norcos.And I got droped to 3 5mg percs. Plus I have to take a drug test every 2 weeks on top of it. THIS FUCKING BLOWS.. My last PM Doc only tested me every 6 months.. So does anyone like these Morphine pills?-
they switched you from 20mg oxy's to 30mg morphine??!? wow. if i could compare 30mg of morphine to anything i'd say it'd be taking double the recommended dose of advil. sorry dude that really sucks. i guess from a medical standpoint it should be okay, as morphine may be similar to oxy in terms of painkilling ability. but in terms of euphoria, it doesn't even compare...unless of course you IV it....which you shouldn't even consider for a second
Man, that does suck that you were taken off of the Oxycontin. I have never been a fan of morphine in pill form unless I put it in my arm. I had quite the tolerance at the time so I knew snorting it or chewing it up probably would not work. I would get on the Internet and see what information I could find in the forum on drugs.com or some other site that discusses legal drug use. I do remember taking morphine a few times before I had much of a tolerance and some of the shit rocked my world and one capsule I had of 120mg took about five hours to kick in good but it kept me loaded for a day or so. I agree, that sucks ass. It sounds like they're trying to dose you down. 30mg morph isn't that strong orally, got less euphoria, but it's more calming and longer lasting than the oxy. It's also more nauseating. You might tell them they made you feel too sick and it's possible they'd switch you back to the oxys, even if it's a lower dose. Friend of mine gets the 10mg's and they're allright. From 7 norcs to 3 regular percs?! Plus drug tests...wtf? Screw the partnership for a drug free America! I hope things go allright once you get adjusted, mein!
ya this really sucks, I just did 90mgs and I'm feeling it but nothing like my OXYS . wELL I see him again next week and going tell him that at least the percs aren't working at all I mean dam I was on 70mg of norcos a day to 15mg of percs a day.well at least I will stay out of withdrawl I guess.. Ya, and a little advice to all Pain Management patients. Be very clear with them. I was and he still booted to the curb last week. I had surgery for my back and my surgeon was giving me some codones for post op. even told my PM and he was fine with it..Then last week went to get my Oxys and he droped me.. At least when I told my surgeon later that day he set me up again and sent me to a new PM. It was scary, so be carefull you all
