just acuired 20mg of dexmethylphenidate ER : tomorrow morning, snort or swallow?

It is in the form of one 20mg caplet of 'focalin'.
i understand the because it is dexmethylphenidate not methylphenidate, it is about twice as strong.

Will snorting it effectively break the time release, cause it is ER.
also, i dont wanna crash hard during school, should i expect to? should i bring a xanax in case of a bad crash?

should i wake and bake tomorrow in addition?

except nay on the crash...although you might crash if you snort it, but i ate one once and was fine, just watched resident evil apocalypse and chilled.
