Any one else have one of these fine breed of canines. I'm dog sitting a 95 lbs Ridgeback/Lab mix while his owner in on an extended state sponsored vacation(read jail)
What I know of them is they make fine pets if they're an outdoor dog. Leave them inside while you're gone somewhere, they're known for tearing the house up. Maybe the black lab mix will mellow this out. Labs are one of the finest breeds of dog on the planet. x
The lab part is Yellow/Golden Lab. He's very high energy and is also VERY intelligent and very friendly in most situations. He's a bit overprotective as Rhodesians are prone to be. He follows me everywhere when I'm home and even stands guard at the bathroom door. He's quite obediant and loyal despite the fact that he's not even my dog.
