Awwwww! Yes, since 1981. Dolphins since 1983. I got a lot of heat for both teams when I went to high school in Maine for two years. Whoa boy!

 

I enjoy baseball, especially the Red Sox.
Though, I'm not competitive. I just like watching it.
Ha, that's funny. I've never been to Maine. I get my thoughts on Maine from Stephen King novels.

 

It used to be worse. The Red Sox had their AA level affiliate here in New Britain (CT) from 1983 to 1994. They were in Trenton (NJ) for a time and are now in Portland (ME). Would it surprise you if I said I actually enjoy McCoy Stadium, home to the AAA level Red Sox?

As for Stephen King, he lives in Bangor. I lived in southern Maine...twice. Don't ever live in a resort town in the winter like I did. Big mistake!

As for my current life in Connecticut, I work full time in retail. I'm on a vacation from that through Friday! Woo-hoo!

I was last at McCoy on September 1, 2007. I watched Scranton/Wilkes-Barre split a double header with the PawSox. In fact, S/W-B was 2 outs away from a combined no hitter. It would be nice to get there again at some point this year. Despite the closeness, I haven't been to Rhode Island since last April.

As for Maine, I've lived in Old Orchard Beach and Wells. Both are in York County, at the southern end of the state. Again, they're sweet in the summer, especially OOB. I was last in Portland in September. Who knows when I'll be up that way again?

Moving on...my birthday is this coming Tuesday. I'm gonna be so old. Nooooooo!! OK, 38 to be exact. SIGH!

Very true U-B-S! This place was undoubtedly a dream come true! So many cool people here! Now then, would it freak you out that I have an identical twin brother who's only 6 minutes older than me? Yes, that is the case for me. SIGH!

Nope I remember back when I had my old acc there was a lil box that you could type your message in on the prof but I don't see it yet with this one. Same with my sig the edit for it hasn't shown up yet either. I do believe it is my lack of posts.
