After kicking my drug addiction I was nothng but skin and bones(still skinny, less boney), I started going to the gym and I have a mini gym in my basement. Since I don't work and I rarely go out I haven't been doing much else. I didn't take these pictures because i'm vain and consieted, I just want to record my progress. However I POSTED these pictures because i'm vain and conseited :hat: Not really though i'm not conseited! Anyway I feel alot healthier I only wish I had a before picture. I'll take some more in another 2 months or so...

Hey- any person showing that level of care for his/her physical state eloquently say something for their willingness to stick with something (anything!) to completion.

Congratulations on kicking the addiction. You own a piece of wisdom NOT shared by those who never dared to experiment. Make no apologies on conceit and vanity- anyone ANYONE who has sculpted themselves to a high state of physical appearance does so at least in small part because they like how it looks. I'm guilty of that myself! :)

Being in shape and good health is like timeless fashion because it makes the worst in clothing actually look GOOD. Sober people afford a tad more default level respect for someone who clearly has cared for him/herself (though some drunkards get liquid courage and might try to slay the Goliath they see).

Well done... keep it up! :)
