i usually drink at least two or three glasses of plain water a day. on top of that i get a decent bit of water through drinking a lot of unsweetened teas (especially if i'm drinking green or white tea, which has much less caffeine which means i lose less water through the diuretic aspects) i also usually drink a glass or two of juice a day, and then trips to the water fountain. i also usually have a beer or two a day, i've limited excess drinking a lot lately. but beer is mostly water, so as long as i'm not drinking a lot of it till i am pissing every 10 minutes, it counts. i stay well hydrated. mostly plain water and tea though
I used to have one of those NTH. I would drink like 1 or 2 a day. Specially because back in DR it was always so warm and I was always walking and doing things. How much water I drink varies a lot. I go through periods where I drink a whole lot and others where I only drink one glass or two. I just listen to my body, when it's thirsty and it craves water, I drink some. I dont believe there's a specific amount of water a person should drink, our bodies are all different and like boog says it depends a lot on the weather and what we're doing that day. And my pee is clear even when Im not drinking much water (for some reason, I felt like sharing that).

at least 1 gallon on non training days 1.5 gallons + on training days i like to wake up and take my morning piss and see only a faint hint of yellow
It depends, but I would say at this point I drink around 90 fluid ounces of water daily. In the warmer months I would say I'm definitely at or above a gallon a day. And I don't know about you, but I've got to go to the bathroom a LOT. Most of the time it actually looks like water, no yellow at all. When it looks yellow I know it's time to rehydrate.
hmmm don`t know. I don`t think i have drank water soon. I`m a beer person mostly. The water is for cleaning and other purposes
I drink a lot of water....2 or 3 liters a day. Normally I don't drink this much water but it is good for the baby.
I have no idea. I know that I have an overactive bladder though, and I probably go 4 times the amount you do in a day.
How can anybody NOT drink water? I drink 24-32 ounces per day (One or two 16 ounce cups). And I know that's not enough. But I just don't get people who don't like to drink water. What's up with that? Being thirsty sucks.
I can fill a 3 gallon bucket with urine in one day.. Thats alot of liquid.. trust me, I figured it out once..
All I drink is water. I usually add those little flavoring packets to mix it up. Maybe 2 times a month I may drink a soda or something like that.
