what are Salvia visuals like?

just curious what to expect... i've been reading a bunch of salvia trip reports and most of them talk about seeing things like "vortexes", etc.

specifically, what kinds of visuals does Salvia produce? any like LSD where you literally see fractals, patterns, morphing/breathing, etc?

and about the CEV's... when you close your eyes, do these visions flash across your eyelids like a movie, so you actually see them in front of you? or is it more like dreaming/daydreaming, where you imagine these things in your minds eye but nothing *actually* comes into your vision?

some of you may have seen my other post about trying Salvia tomorrow, i feel pretty well prepared (at least, as well prepared as it seems you can get with Salvia), but i haven't found definitive information about the visuals. just want to know, generally, what to expect in that regard.

I "see" visuals on low dose salvia like patterns with colors but they are like you described sort of dreamlike, some can be very complex though. it seems like if you focus on seeing them they start to go away. just empty your mind and enjoy.

on high dose which i haven't done in awhile, it's more like multiple vision...things look duplicated, people have 4 eyes, a staircase seems to go on forever, and your understanding of what youre seeing is almost completely gone, there is also a strong
"salvia gravity" that will pull you to the left or right, you'll end up on the ground for sure so be ready for that. things look "different" that's for sure. gl and be safe.

 

Alot of primary colors red, yellow, green. complex patterns that rotate clockwise. There always seems to be rotation and then a stillness. Repeating thoughts are common. Losing yourself and forgetting where you were are common. Its like going straight to intense shroom or acid peak. The darker the room the more vivid the visions. Lying down in the Jesus Christ pose will help you to let go and let salvia. Goa psy on di.fm.com makes for a good guide. It might sound repetitious at first, but once the divinorum hits you the music will come alive and speak to you. It is definetly a phenominon that very few people try or even believe in. It is just not the same with normal music.

i mean, reality is so profoundly altered that visuals will be the last thing on your mind.

 

i dont actually get "visuals". My mind convinces me of them 100%, and because i belive fully that i am in another world they are like mind visuals, but i never really "see" anything exactly. Unless you do it on acid.

I think of salvia as having three different trips, kind of like plateus with dxm. First if you cough it up your first time (it tastes like SHIT), you don't do much, or use a shitty lighter, you won't really hallucinate, itl feel like nitrous and pot. Second, if you do it right, you'll get a typical salvia high. you'll definitely have aural hallucinations, and possilbly some visual. You'll feel like your communicating with random objects, and the thing is you might think its real. For example, one time i thought a door knob was asking me if i wanted to become a door knob forever, and i looked to my friend and said is he talking to me or you. Youll feel really dizzy and overall pretty weird. In my opinion theres a third possibility. A way to get it is if you smoke allot of pot, then thirty minutes later smoke a PACKED bowl of at least 40x salvia. Its important to have a sitter, cus you'll likely pass out as your finishing the bowl. One time i did, and I thoguht i fell out my two story window. I looked up, and could see my room window, with my light on, and me looking out (FUCKED UP) I was actually on the floor of my room,(i probably just slumped down). For at least a couple minutes you will not be able to see much. You'll have true hallucinations. I remember seeing a few giant dancing crayons singing "you smoked to much" over and over. I remember repleying "do you want me to sing along?". You'll have weird sensatiosn to, like your upper body being in a fixed posision, and your legs falling and comming back Also, i guess i've technically had bad saliva trips, but there really not the same as a bad acid trip. in a bad acid trip you might think your dying or going crazy, but on salvia you'll just think the universe is ending (which really dosn't feel as bad) and its short.

 

ehhhh.... I think there's a level deeper than that and you don't have to smoke weed or 40x to get there. That level is basically indescribable. It's a different dimension. There is no language or vision as we think of them. There are entities, and you don't matter. You don't bring anything to it. You can't bring anything to it. The concept of "drugs" becomes unbelievably absurd. It's like waking up from a dream into an absolutely alien reality, and everything that came before seems ridiculous.

 

Yeah man, thats sort of like what i was trying to say, im just not good at explaining. and its weird cus stuff slowly starts coming back. you go from basicaly not existing, to not knowing what you are or where you are, to wondering whats going on (i always have no idea i did any drug). Salvias one of the only drugs that as you come down from the peak, your chances of freaking out increase. And what i've noticed is on a bad acid trip, you can feel like your going crazy, but you can tell yourself your not, and deep down you know your gonna be fine, but on salvia i often think the universe is imploding, or the dimensions ripping in half. One time i even came to the conclusion that earth was being swallowed into a black hole. Each of those times I truly believed that stuff was happening

 

Its so funny and freaky at the same time. Do it and see, cause we can say oh it seemed real or oh damn I was in an alien universe, both could be and are probably true. But one thing I want to let the op know is that when done right, all the things you thought about visions will be obliterated. Explanation will become unimportant. And when you get back you WILL be thankful. LOL

I had a classical "death" and "beings" experience. Floating out of my body, entering a tunnel, letting go of self, and the presence of higher beings.

dude the visuals are intense, whatever is in ur room, u do not see, u go to another dimension if u smoke it right, when u smoke it make sure u use NO WATER i cant stress that enough, smoke it in a bong, without water, and hold it in AS LONG AS POSSIBLE, and even with 10x, ull be fuckeddd
