sorry noirutla you WILL NOT find a good source for any narcotic without a prescription. I work at a hospital (how i got hooked). Without a Rx you wont get it unless you buy from someone who has an Rx. they are horrible to get hooked on cuz then you go to the ER like many of the people i have to deal with pretending something hurts so you can get it. So that means you have to sit in the ER for coutless hours sometimes trying to get narcotics that you probably wont get anyways because the doctors know who is really hurt and who wants drugs. But if you wanna try they usually prescribe it for musculoskeletar pain like broken bones or bad car accidents that affect bones and muscles. IMO just smoke weed or DXM.
Im pretty sure noirutla is asking about where to go online. I know there are places but people around here are unfortunately but understandably pretty quiet about it
