I have a frined who had to go to FLorida for medical reasons, and he is very lonely. He used to be the owner of a hip bar in Colorado which brought in all the great live music for awhile.So, he is accustomed to being around people. He is so laid back and a great guy, but has had a hard time meeting like minded people in Florida. I want to help him find a tribe or even just a hang-out buddy once in a awhile. I cant there to visit and feel so bad for him. Plese help me (and him). He is in West Palm Beach. .Anyone up to hang out with one of the coolest guys ever? Just imagine if you were very sick, (not contagious) and lonely. If you think you can help, let me know, please. .
Damn, that sucks man. This is like the 4th or 5th post I've seen about there being no one in Florida. And its true. With the exception of Ocala area, Florida is ugly, touristy, and altogether not kind. Piss poor herb too. Anyways, I'm in Orlando and stuck here for another year until I finish school. I hope your friend gets better or cheers up if he can't. Peace
Thanks for replying. Is Orlando far from West Palm Beach? Do you have anyother ideas I might try to find people in his area? He doesn't know that I am doing this. I want to helphim some how. He might get better for awhile but his condition is degenerative so even if surgery works, he will go through it all again after some time. He is only in his early thirties.
I like Clearwater... touristy, but it's cheap... Ocala... I stayed at the Travelodge in North Ocala this summer... I saw some prostitutes wandering the streets...
