pictures of your feet

Here's some recent pics of my soles, toughening up nicely! I've still been going barefoot most of the time when I'm not a work and loving it, even in the colder English weather of the moment (although I do resort to flips when it gets close to freezing!)

I somehow missed this post until now. Love seeing footprints - I think it excites some primal urge to track our own kind.

Of course we don't have snow on Miami Beach, but still have footprints.

I haven't contributed to this thread in a while...even though I have taken a lot of foot pics in that time. Here're a couple, inspired by Boogabah's snowfooting pics.

 

This will never happen. I am terrified of feet. I have some freakish foot phobia because of the germs they hold... I happen to find all feet ugly.
However, I can post a photo of my hands and crooked pinky fingers?

 

why? it's a good specimen of the shoes-induced woes. after all the topic is pictures of feet, not of healthy, well formed bare feet.

I guess I agree. In the spirit of this topic, we should probably accept pictures people submit no matter how asthetically pleasing they are. My initial reaction was similar to what others have said, but then I thought about it. I used to be very self conscious about my feet. A little surgery got me over that. My grandmother had feet that would make that posting look elegant. She's been gone over 20 years and I still feel sorry for her. Must have been tough for her, especially as a child.

 

I agree if that's his feet it's certainly on topic. Nobody said there had to be a minimum "standard" of what they should look like that I can remember.

 

I think that the mods will not treat H. McR.'s "contribution" as spam, but rather as an example of trolling... there is a difference. And I guess, that the poster of that gross example of malformed feet is watching the replies going by and grinning, rubbing his hands (which don't look like the feet he posted, I hope...) and ejoying the triumph of having successfully upset the barefooter community.

There are two ways of evading it:

1. don't feed the troll! (OK, I did with this post, but I wanted to point it out to the other people. )
2. Ignore List!
(Enter your profile, click "customize your profile" and then on the left margin click "Edit Ignore List")

It's easier, and way faster to treat such posters this way, than waiting for the mods to take action.

i don't care if people think i am overreacting.. i found that picture to be extremely disturbing!! and NO WHERE in the original post does it say "find a picture of a foot, online, that has been deformed by shoes and post it here"

START ANOTHER THREAD if you want to see pictures like that!! i'm done posting in this section for fear of accidentally seeing something like that again.
