such strange things going on here in the US: people are worrying so much about other places in the world...debating the fact whether or not to 'help'. the USA needs to get their shit right before they even think about the rest of the world.

I hear people saying for a long time now that G.W. Bush used the invasion in Iraq.....many say this is why he 'allowed' the attacks of September 11....but, the issue is overlooked. The uproar within the states since 9/11 is such an obvious and pitiful tactic.....how can it not be exposed???

a well thought out vision ~~~> George W. Bush is nothing more pure than evil itself

I really don't know how in the world it can be ignored. Do you know what I really think? I think it is such a scary, almost unfathomable thought that our government could "let" something like that happen that people would rather not hear it. I pray that people will open thier eyes and see that we are in trouble here.

All throughout history, governments have been corrupt... Yet for some reason people refuse to believe it could happen now... What makes now so special..? The citizens of the Roman Empire probably thought they had everything figured out too... That didn't work out too well though... Whatever, I don't know what I'm talking about...

Benjamin Franklin aka Poor Riichard wrote "A country that gives up freedom for security deserves neither freedom nor security". I heard this on Freedoms Kids
    (PBS).

It is infuriating to me that the elections WE are helping to establish in Afghanistan and Iraq are fully democratic elections in the sense that the people are voting directly for their leaders, yet here in America we are still under the pathetic system of an electoral college. And we preach to other countries about freedom and democracy. Our government is so arrogant.

Its annoying but also very worrying how no one seems to take the alternate 9/11 theory (Bush having some amount of input in the attacks) seriously. When I try to pull the shit out of peoples eyes they just say something like "whatever, they couldn't get away with that". I just smile on the thought that these sort of people are the reason they're getting away with it. Either they're too apathetic or dumb to look at the evidence- the four Israeli's who planted a bomb on 9/11, Bin Laden denying the attacks and the multi-billion dollar contracts given to Halliburton to rebuild Iraq etc, I could go on for ever. It seems that iggnorance is bliss for most of the world.

I figure they're just so scared of how fucked up shit may really be, that they just don't accept the possibility... Like you said, ignorance is bliss...
