It means he likes spending time with you but he also likes time to himself now and then. That's a good thing. I'd be worried if someone thought they needed me to be around alllll the time. no worries

As soon as the guy says "sure, I want to check out my new game" the woman starts in with "is there something wrong? What did I do? Don't you want to spend time with me?" So, unless you have a reason to wonder why your man needs some "me time" don't sweat it. In the long run over-thinking your relationship will be a bad thing. Go out with the girls and have some fun!
