i don't know if the rules changed, but it used to be you had to be a member, or have a certain number of posts before you could have one. i know they changed the length of time it takes to crawl out of the 'guest' hole. check the "user cp" menu, on the left in settings and options is "edit signature" see if it works. and remember, no links to outside sites i think is the rule for that. i think linking to areas withing hipforums is fine. welcome!
