If you were to put a 1 gram nug on a scale, and a ground up nug of the same size on another one, would they weigh the same? (assuming that both scales were calibrated properly)
... seriously? if you put a gram of one thing and a gram of another thing of course they will both be a gram. thats like saying if you have a ton of feathers and a ton of rocks which one weighs more?
the rocks weigh more because the one ton of feathers are more easily pulled upon by quasi-dimensions and black matter
actually, NO. you mention the SIZE of the nugget, not the weight. a balloon full of water and one of the same SIZE full of air do not weigh the same. just because one nug looks the same size, it could have a different weight. grinding it up does not effect the weight (except if you sneeze, or if some is stuck in the grinder) because what you are removing is the space, the air pockets within the bud itself. its like a box of snack food or cereal "contents may have settled during shipping" its the same weight, but sometimes it looks like less because of settling. on the other hand, if you are asking "does weed weigh the same in whole nug form and ground up?" yes, except for the seeds and stems you remove. hope that helps
or if multidimensional forces react in a special family secret procedure, creating black holes which specifically suck up cannabis, then those same forces take place on a separate plane of existence, transporting the transported cannabis into my nostrils.
in the case of multidimensional force malfunction, i believe normal physics no longer apply. OP, are the multidimensional forces behaving normally, or are they abnormal. this is no simple question! the world could be collapsing! are your multidimensional forces running? . . . . . . better go chase em!
that is irrelevant. i blame a failure of the school system, simple weights and measures are glossed over as unimportant, and so on, so forth, and etc.
There is a possibilty that some weight could be lost during the grinding process, due to kief being removed from the ground up bud.
