i think everything can have its advantages and disadvantages. i have done my fair share of drugs in my day. i dont do them anymore but i thank them for my insights and who i am today. i mean there were many factors that formed me. but some of the times i was slowed down to the point of understanding......whew.. on the other hand though, i feel that because of all that i did, i created a chemical mixed in my mind. who knows if i would feel the same manic of feelings if i hadnt done them, but it just seems to fit with time and placement and befores and afters. so i say.......to each his own. but there is danger in absolutely everything
I think psychedelic drugs can be beneficial in a lot of ways. Marijuana to a lesser degree, considering it's used and not abused. As far as stimulants and depressants, they serve no real benefit at all, other than for fucking you up and making you a slave to addiction.
i think all drugs can have a bad effect if the wrong people are using them(o.c.d people and people with addiction issues) but if you dont suffer from those things then you probaly dont have issues with if you use or not.

I'm perscribed adderal (for A.D.H.D.) and it does help me make responcable disions. I dont jump into things. Iv been on it for 2 years and can agree on the addiction part. I personly think I am somewhat addicted (like a smoking addiction) because when I don't take it. Its a bad day. Very slow, boring day. Alot harder to consintrate. I dont abuse it thought take my 60mg a day (as proscribed). Also I like the drug because I dont need to sleep as much. Somedays adderal is the only thing that can get me through the day (when I say up studing all night). That could be consderd as abueing it I guess though.
Don't even get me started on the ADD/ADHD sham. When you take powerful stimulants like Adderall for ADD, you're really only suppressing part of who you are. I think it's insane we live in a society where parents are so mindless they will dope their kids with powerful stimulants, like fucking robots, so they will conform to what's "normal". It's not right. It should be illegal. It's no better than giving your kids cocaine. And this is coming from someone who was prescribed Ritalin as a child. I took it from kindergarten until 6th grade for my so-called "ADD" (though years later it would turn out that I was simply highly gifted). I blame Ritalin for many of my quirks today, from my own addictions to my neuroses. You should really look at the big picture. You're a pawn to all the pharmaceutical companies that are getting rich over people like you, unnecessarily.
Ah, you are so right Matt. I can't stand how they give all those drugs to children! There is this one kid that I always used to see who was on something for ADD and he looked practically comatose all the time. I felt so bad for him. I have nothing against people using psychedelic drugs, I think that they are beneficial to some people. I personally do not wish to ever use them however. I majorly tweak out if I even smoke weed, so I can only assume that using a "harder" drug would not be a wise choice.
