Download trouble

    A friend of mine downloaded CS:SOURCE and he cant figure out how to install it.
    The download looks like this:

    Counter-Strike_Source_FINAL... SFV extension
    Counter-Strike_Source_FINAL... MSInfo Document
    emp-css MSInfo Document
    And 15 or more emp-css RAR files

    He has winrar and he dosent know what to do next. Any suggestions?

    use winrar to extract the files from the RAR archives, then go from there
