Eating a joint

if a joint wasnt smoked, was eaten and a cop asked where the weed is, they havent seen or smelt any, and you tell them you ate it, can they search you?

 

yes, and youll be charged with destruction of evidence, Or obstruction, And possible chaged with under the influence law if there is one.

You would be charged with possession by consumption. I asked my school cop in 8th grade. If a cop asked if he can search you just say no you can't... Its a right of yours.

 

reminds me of an episode of cops. this black kid was driving a nice car i think it was his moms and he didnt put his turn ssignal on or something and the cops pulled him over and somehow got into a discussion if there was any drugs in the car and when the police man went back to his car, the kid started eating it and the other cop was like running up to him and asked him to pull out his tounge. i felt bad for the kid but it was funny
