one true friend?

do any of you have one person that you can always run back to... no matter what happens?? i have this friend who i have known since the 9th grade, no matter what happens, no matter how long we have lost touch i can always dial that number and my friend is there to listen to everything and give me advice. it is good to know i will always have someone i can count on to be there for me. i hope all of you have someone special like this too!

Yes, I actually have two people that I can trust and talk to them about whatever is bothering me. They are there for me and I am there for them. People like this is really hard to come by............

yeah I had that person and than she married my ex's best friend and thinks I am this horrible mean person for leaving my ex.

ahhh no it's okay she was actually a pretty bad influence on me and was frustratingly dense. We knew each other since 6th grade so that was really the only reason we remained friends. It's alright though...he may have won the majority of the friends but I am the one who still has my dignity left
oh and marc I got your emails and I actually do the activity you sent with my kids. They end up writting stuff about me too and it always makes me cry.

i have several people like that. i am fortunate in that all my friends are that way. anyone who isnt i consider an aquaintance. but yes....i have like 10 people like that in my life. thank god too. i would be more whacked if i didnt have them

 

I have one true friend. I actually saw her last Saturday, the first time in about a year. No matter what we always can always talk to each other like we never parted ways. It's great, she and I are so much alike it's scary. I love my Mamie, she keeps me grounded.

 

i have several friends who are true to me...they wouldn't be my friends if they were untrue....

 

I only have two people I can turn to no matter what and no matter how long it has been since we last talked. My sister and my friend Tommy, they will drop what they are doing and come rescue me if I need it.... Melissa has been there, obviously, since she was born and Tommy has been there since the 9th grade! I keep him in check and pre screen all his girlfriends HAHA and he keeps me in check, I guess he let Jason slip thru the cracks with the pre-screening thing tho! LOL

my mother, my sponser, my husband and my firend Sarah who i've known since we were 5.. we talk rarely but when we do its like being kids again... i miss her i think i'll call her soon.

 

I have 2 although it's kind of tough since one is in college and lives an hour away, and my other best friend is in the Air Force and is currently deployed. When he's here, he's stationed in North Carolina which is a far cry from Pennsylvania.

 

my all time bestest friend is amanda aka ::theconcretegurl:: we have known eachother since we were 6 and havn't seen eachother in 5 years!!!! HOLY CRAP!!!! but she is coming out to my place for christmas so it's gonna be great.

I also have two guy friends that are amazing friends, they dont live close to me but i know that if i was in any kind of trouble they would be at my door in a few hours even though it's a 7 hour drive. I've know one of them for 5 years and the other for 1 1/2 and actually we just hit it off really a few months ago but it's one of those connections when you just know. plus there is mike, but he's obviouse so i don't even need to mention him. ;(
anyone else isn't really a friend, if i get along with them etc... great but the only friend is a true friend.
