picture i drew of a friend a while ago, its pretty crap compared to most of u guys work, but hey criticism welcome..
It's good, I wouldn't say it's phenomenal but it shows talent. Your friend bears an uncanny resemblance to Demetri Martin.
I really like the way like you drew his face...but something weird with his hair, thought it miss some shading.
It is good, though I feel like you outline more than you need to. When looking closely at any object, it doesn't always have those harsh outlines but shadows and highlights. All i would say is next time really look at where the light hits his face and softening up out outer edges.
