I have the Conversations With God Book 1. I read it back when I was around 9. I should probably go back and read it again, since I'm sure my mind would understand it better and differently.
Aye, i borrowed the first one off of a friend, though i can't say i remeber too much about it remeber liking it, despite not belieiving in any form of Christian god. Was just a good read, and had some interesting philosophical elements to it
CwG is a really good series. But people take it all too literally I find. I really like the idea that feelings are the greatest portayer of truth. Books 2 and 3 are pretty out there but have a lot of really interesting ideas. Book 1 is golden.
I guess its good then that he doesnt preach a christian God in his books. Anyways... I loved the first book, have not read any others. I agreed with everything up until the part that said we are supposed to live forever in our bodies but it is us who kills them. I mean, to a degree this is true- but it doesnt change the fact that everything in nature dies.
