is it legal to deal rcs if the person being dealt to signs off on the same disclaimer that the dealer did to obtain his goods?
It isn't necessarily specifically illegal to deal non scheduled analog drugs, but it CAN be tried in a criminal court under the analog act. People tried dealing legal RCs online before publicly and it led to Webtryp, many of them got life sentences. So really I would always consider it illegal. Chances of them bothering to bust you if you stay underground are fairly low though. It also depends on where you live, in USA is where I am talking about. From Canada and parts of Europe it is legal to sell a lot of research chemicals, same with some parts of China, at least in practice the chinese probably have to pay people off a bit though. As for buying research chemicals, as much as most people try to deny it, it is just as illegal as selling them (AKA: not specifically illegal but can be considered illegal under the analog act). Chances of getting in any trouble at all for being a small time non scheduled research chemical customer are next to 0, and the chances of getting into big trouble over it are almost non existent. Chances of getting caught dealing non specifically scheduled research chemicals are medium-high if you don't take security precautions, and the chances of getting into big trouble once caught are pretty high too. Vendors should always: Use gloves when packaging, send from random mail drops with fake return address, use Tor to access the internet and also only use Public Wifi with a spoofed mac address, take payment to an ecurrency and bounce it around through 4 or 5 accounts each with different made up information and accessed from a different tor exit node before cashing it out to western union or something and picking it up with a fake ID. Should also encrypt their entire hard drives with AES-256 or Serpent-256 (truecrypt is a good program for this), and should REQUIRE customers to use GPG to encrypt communications between the customer and the vendor when an order takes place. Vendors in some places (parts of asia, parts of europe, canada) don't need to take these precautions if what they sell isn't specifically illegal where they live, although many of them take the precautions anyways. And they should always be taken for anything that is closer to black than grey.
As long as it is legal where THEY live, it makes it legal for them to ship a drug to somewhere that deems the drug illegal? Interesting.
No there is just a low chance they will be prosecuted. There is for example a huge very public canadian company that ships research chemicals that fall under the USA analog act to USA. They take zero security precautions and their real identities are well known. Just what they do isn't illegal by canadian law, so they can't be prosecuted in canada, and they are not likely to be extradited to the USA for something that is not specifically illegal but only CAN be prosecuted as a criminal act. They have been operating for years now, it is obvious they are known about too because so many of their packs get seized. They even had a shipment from china get seized by canadian customs that had multi-kilos of research chemicals in it, and had already been in america via a shipping route. And after a few months canadian customs released the chemicals to them and didn't try to press charges or anything. They are very unlikely to be extradited and made to stand trial. I would prob stay out of USA if I was them though. There was a prominent canadian weed seed vendor, mark emery. He shipped millions of weed seeds to the USA and broke no canadian laws. He was extremely well know figure and well known for his business. He got arrested a few years ago and USA tried to have him extradited, not sure if they managed to yet or not but last I checked he was still living free a good five or so years after he got arrested, because canada was reluctant to send him to USA. And weed seeds ARE illegal specifically in usa, research chemicals usually only fall under the analog act and MAY be prosecuted if chosen.
I know that he sold seeds, but i thought it was his sales of "water-pipes" and such that created the fuss?
Would you advise not to order research products from this vendor? There is a certain product the vendor carries that I am unable to find anywhere else.
"advise not to order" is almost contradictory. assuming i know who you speak of, with the nicely designed site requiring membership, Ive heard good things. however, i beleive he once sent me bunk 5-meo-dmt. in future, check out undrugged.org to confirm stuff.
That's the vendor. I do check on undrugged - seen you comment on a number of vendors. Unfortunately I'm not able to make comments there. I know they ship products, I'm not concerned about that. More concerned about the lack of security measures. I've not used this vendor before and just wondering if I should stay away...but one product is tempting.
They are probably fine to order from. There was some trouble with them shipping out a lot of bunk a few years ago but it was taken care of. They do have an above average seize rate, but they also work with a lot more people than most vendors. Check undrugged on them.
if you are located in canada, they are a great, but pricy, distributor. my favorite part of dealing with them was definitely thier acceptance of CIBC direct transfers. free, and 1000X easier then western union
