Hard to get a legit non sexual cleaning service started

My partner and i moved to Las Vegas a month ago, and we decided to focus on starting a clothing optional cleaning / odd job service. Well, no surprise most respondees think we're running a sex service...even tho he and i aren't model types still so many think we're rent boys...sad that so many always equate nudity with sex...I can't think of many things less sexy than me nude scrubbing a toilet-LOL-But we get raves for the few legit jobs we have been able to snag so far, and we are willing to clean dressed but thats mostly an area dominated by women cleaners...we need to keep plugging away and believing in what we do...trust me, more people need a cleaner bathroom than need sex...just venting, i guess. Well, maybe people were just being tight with their money because of xmas, but since the new year its been flowing freely-business is picking up-working everyday-all of them are still surprised that we actually show up, strip, and do such a good job cleaning. No pervs yet, really-met a really nice German sportswriter yesterday, other day met a friendly Mexican fellow with the largest collection of booze i've ever seen-including 2 huge bottles of grey goose vodka-yum-but we didnt indulge-all business, y'know...so just representing for the nudist crowd, and also for the much maligned male housecleaning faction.

Going very good now-huge payday saturday but we earned every cent-the fellow was a paraplegic, hadn't been able to clean his house for a year or five-3 hours scrubbed it top to bottom, every dish was moldy, fridge food was 3 years outa date, and the bathroom, well, lets just say he was at least honest about and told us to bring lots of bleach-yikes-at his request we even stayed dressed for safety and health reasons until most of the worst was cleaned...balanced out our earlier job that day, where we also spent 3 hours but mostly just killing time as the guy talked, drank and tried to work up the courage to hit on us-lol-closeted military man...anyway, took sunday off-back to the old grind today.

It'd be nice, I'm sure if you could find some genuine nudist households, where the people who hire you are nudists, and just like the fact that they don't have to get dressed themselves for when the cleaning/maintenance guys are coming over!

Naked Taoist

 

We've only had one customer who described himself as a nudist. He was naked the whole time in his home while we worked there. Think he enjoyed meeting other nudists even more than getting the work done. He'd had another guy doing nude cleaning for a year or so but that guy moved to Cali.
Funny how many people guess correctly that our business is clothing optional, when they hear we do cleaning.
Still, we get plenty of clothed work too. 10 hours Saturday helping a guy move.

 

Well, business is booming-our goal was to just get at least as many regular customers every week/month to make the rent, and we have that covered twice over now-but for some reason most of our work is clothed now-either people who don't know about the clothing optional part (we advertise normal cleaning as well) or don't want it, for whatever reason...we even have a woman who's hired us. The moneys nice but cleaning while dressed is a pain. Even my partner dislikes it-he's a non nudist but wants to work in his briefs for comfort. Guess I cant complain-making enough already that we can pick and choose and take days off and those nude if i want. Still alot of people wanting us for sex, despite nothing in the ads stating that as a possibility-one guy offered $500 to take my partner out for 'drinks' the other night. We declined.

 

Congrats Andy! Hope biz is still doing good for you. I recently moved back here to Vegas, but on an earlier time here I had thought of that very idea...nude house cleaning so it's good to see someone actually doing it.

 

Welcome back to LV. We love it here. Still getting a new regular customer or two every week-nice not to have to hustle work everyday. Sadly most of our work is regular clothed boring cleaning now. but it all pays. At least people like our work and not just our bodies...

 

well, the business is just taking off like a rocket-already have 17 jobs set for March and 4 more potential customers e mailing us-yard work season setting in so expands our range-plus two regular customers will have new houses this month for us to clean-we don't even leave the house now if we're not coming home with at least $100-$300...tax free, baby.
90% clothed work but eh, its all good. the one guy who has us do it in the nude isnt even home-gave us a key and we do it while hes at work-but he has a pool so that'll be nice in days to come.
another couple of our customers treated us to a show and dinner last night-cirque de soleil 'love' a tribute to the beatles-amazing-and chow was at the Mirage brazilian steakhouse where they bring skewers of meat by and cut you off hunks -pretty wild-vegetarians nightmare-so much meat-groan-ate till my jaws were sore-for once, the meat beat ME-ha!
the show and dinner (with 6 of us total) came to $1400! amazing how generous some folks are. makes up for the crappy ones (but buddha bless them too-'if i cannot love my enemies, i cannot breathe' a quote from william shawn)...but hard work and honesty pays dividends. you can live your dream, folks. just believe in yourself and keep your word and dont be afraid to sweat or too proud to clean someone's toilet.

 

I have a cleaning business too and I advertise on craigslist under real estate services and a few other catagories. I usually like to do empty apartments that have to be cleaned before they are rented. I like those jobs the best because it's just me and my cleaning partner in there with all those chemicals so we take the opportunity to light up a joint on those jobs. We usually get $15 per hour which that's about all we can get because there are too many stupid people out there willing to do it for $8 bucks and hour or less

 

we generally get $60 an hour, and never less than $100 for a first time or one time cleaning-plenty of fat wallets in vegas no matter what the economys like elsewhere-and more if they want us nude. but again today, got a new customer who doesnt want us nude-whats up with these vegas people?I really need to move to one of those naked cities in france or something-maybe i can afford to in a few years if business keeps growing...
