I want to get dreads, now wax, just backcombed and then crochet, im in Montreal someone knows where i can get them?
dont crochet it will weaken them if you wanna backcomb do it yourself or have a freind help do not ever go to a salon or anything like that...they will only mess you uop...badly salons and locticians are a horror you dont need to backcomb though..or do a damn thing to get dreads..they will happen on theyree own if u let them its that simple if u insist on backcombing dont over do it or u risak massive dammage dont use elastics either doit gentle as u can then let them go backcombing may fall out even completely its not worth the hours of pain in my opionion but your welcome to try but only backcomb once no matter how much comes undone the key to beautiful locks is always patience..give em time to dread
Go to any 'black' salon to section it with rubberbands and go home and backcomb the section and remove the rubberbands when you finish that day.
yeah just backcomb it, dont pay to get dreads. You really dont need to backcomb though. I am doing the natural way and i am anxious to see how my hair will turn out...i feel like it will be better in the long run.
natural is best let the dreads happen on theyre own but if u are impatient u can backcomb and not ruin them just dont over do it dont do too much dammage and by all means dont use wax or pay for dreads if you have a freind help ya backcomb its ok to pay em lil for theyre time bit dont even think of a salon dreads take next to no effort if u go natural and the resultsa are mucdh more uniqualy yours you dont have to go to any blacksalon to get em sectioned either salons section rigidly i n a checkerhboard pattern that results in unatural looking dreads at least for the 1st several months if u backcomvb just grabv sections randomly, just be carefull that not too manmy roots are cris crossed (hair that naturaly would join 1 dread being forced into the dread next door) they dont gotta be round or square sectuions i advise at least goinmg a fewqw weeks naTURAL YOUR HAIR WILL START TO SECTION ITSELF NATURALY WHERE IT WANTS TO U CAN THEN CHOOSE TO LET IT DO IT ON ITS OWN OR USE THE NAtural sections as guides to backcomb by oops caps
I think this person just wants dreads now. No waiting, or long fun process's. Just chunks of hair, full of wax. lol
He doesn't want wax. people need to quit the condesending 'natural method' act. Nothing is wrong wiht wanting uniformed dreads, we can't all think the same.
Yep, he meant no. Poor guy is having so much different things said to him that he isn't going to know what to do now.
i used wax, but definitely in moderation. i put it in maybe once every week for the first 3 weeks and i left it alone after that. sweet jesus i love my dreads haha
Only wax you should be using is Burt's Bees for your lips and Sex Wax to protect your skin from the sun :]
