    Well, I am only 6.5mo in. I don't expect them to look this way forever. I figure by about 2-3 years I can gauge how they will look. I was just wondering if anyone's progression has included anything like this :)

    Thanks for the input though.

    In the back my dreads are pretty much natural as the backcombing fell out immediately, and they all have loops. Not quite like yours, different but still loopy. I have some that are looping so bad the ends have made a 90 degree turn or even go back towards the root of the dread...ESPECIALLY with the congos.

    Aww, thanks for the compliments guys :)

    I know they are coming along, but the loopiness is crazy! It looks so wild. I wish you all could see it in IRL. Maybe I'll get some video in the bright bathroom light and post that ;)

    Wow, my dreads look so similar to yours. Im only 3mnths in though. I often wonder if its because I tie my hair back too often for work, possibly too tightly. Do you tie yours back at all too? I try and leave them down as much as possible while at home.
