    Never a day went by that when I passed a truck stop some guy was on there offering lightly used inflatable sex dolls, complete with extra patches. It was a joke and all but it made me wonder what happens to all those sex dolls that are sold?? Do guys actually use them? Is there a patch for them? And the sickest question is how do they clean them?
