All bush's information came from Clintons intelliegence, and Kerry agreed with Bush and so did Europe. So keep saying he lied because for some a lie is better than the truth. During viet nam I volunteered and joined the navy and would of served longer if I had not got caught on a 7,400 volt eletrical line. I support the troops and in a recent CNN news pole the active troops support Bush 80% while Kerry received 18%. They know who the leader is and they don't trust Kerry for good reason. The one's who did the diservice to the country are the one's who cut the intelliegence buget by 500 million dollars, which took place in the previous 8 years. When Bush came into office he tried to resolve that but he only had 16 weeks to undo the 8 years of incompetence.

These late term abortions count for about 1%, and are generally only done when the health of the mother is at stake.

Germany. Lets just pretend nothing is happening.[/QUOTE]
So you think that the coercive power of the state can compel a woman to deliver a baby, whether she wants to or not, and whether it might kill her. Late-term abortions are almost always done because of the health of the mother is at stake, or doctors have discovered a serious problem with the fetus that might preclude its viability (such as having a brain stem, but no brain).

The reason that three different Federal courts have found the so-called partial birth abortion ban unconstitutional is because it makes no allowance for the health and welfare for the mother.

By the way, what does the Bible say about judging others? How dare you refer to me as a butcher?

If you truly believe in God, then you should refrain from passing judgment--unless, of course you are thinking of running for the position.

Ron Fitzsimmons the executive director of the National Coalition of Abortion Providers said Tusday that he lied in earlier statements when he said a controversial form of late-term abortion is rare and performed primarily to save the lives or fertility of woman bearing severely malformed babies. He now says the procedure is performed far more often than his colleagues have acknowledged, and on healthy woman bearing healthy fetuses. In an article in American Medical News, to be published March 3, and an interview Tusday, Fitzsimmons recalled the night in November 1995, when he appeared on "Nightline" on ABC and "lied through my teeth" when he said the procedure was used rarely and only on woman whose lives were in danger or whose fetuses were damaged. "It made me physically ill, " Fitzsimmons said in an interview. "I told my wife the next day, I can't do this again.

Almost always done because of the health of the mother? Got any more lies you want to pass on. Yes I do believe in God, so much so that I actually understand why that verse was given, you apparently do not. Those who support this kind of law are violent people who believe life and death is there choice. When you stand before God you will find out otherwise.

    You people don't see
    The big picture
Disbelief is embedded in your minds
    As a result, you're blind
    You trust Farenheit 9/11
Yet you'd never give talk radio a chance
You'd be susceptible to the truth
    But Heaven forbid non-liberal news

There is a war going on
And it's not with the flesh
    The spirit realm is raging
    Who will you let win?
    Our sovereignty's long been lost
    And we're headed nowhere fast
As we toss God out the window
And the principles for which He stands
Our souls yearn to fill that empty space
As we are made in His image
    But we reject his grace
And His tears fall as a result
Don't you know he just wants to be with you?

    But instead we support leaders
    Who promote killing sacred life
    And we change marriage
When it should remain as man and wife
    And here we are...
    Waiting for something to give
    What a sad situation
Is the world which we live

    Idiocy has no political label
    No name
John Kerry and George Bush are like Coke and Pepsi
Essentially the same product with a different corporate logo and a slightly different taste
Two empty suits with empty hearts, talking to us like we're children
The idiots eat it up like their 3 O'clock McDonalds' lunch, bloating themselves on the poison of misinformation, lies, phony smiles and phony hair

These people are buying into the grand scheme
    A bipartisan scheme
    They don't even know it
Their minds have been poisoned from too much CNN and Fox News
    Too much American Idiol
    Too much MTV
    Too much glitter
    Too much self-absorbtion
Too much material and too many price tags
Too much work and not enough living - not enough learning

I am sorry but you are indeed all diseased
    George Carlin was right
You are slaves and you don't even know it
You call yourselves Democrats and Republicans
    I call you fools
    Your ignorance sickens me

I suppose I am wondering what George W. would have to say about the lifestyles of many of the people who listen to Pink Floyd.

With this administration's support for precluding people from receiving government-subsidized housing and Pell Grants to pay for a college education if those people have drug convictions, I just couldn't imagine Bush and Floyd in the same sentence.

I'm hoping he's lying to get the corporate funding he's gotten so far. Had he taken a pure anti-war stance, I'm sad to say, he would have NO chance whatsoever

Not true, look at all the attention Howard Dean got, sure he wasn't great, but he had the balls to come out and say Bush was a liar and that the war was wrong, and had the ability to make enough money off people without kissing ass to the corporations.

I'm hoping he will examine the whole situation carefully and pull out the troops. The Bush lies we know about are just the tip of the iceberg, and when Kerry has unfettered access to all intelligence, we may well see him quickly move towards a withdrawal.

I highly doubt that, Kerry has just as much to gain as Bush by keeping that war going.

At worst, he couldn't POSSIBLY be as bad as a lame-duck Dubya, of that I'm completely confident

    i'll give ya that....

    Peace and Love,
    Dan

Again, these are from an e-mail. Feel free to check for accuracy. I think the pictures speak for themselves, though.

    DID YOU KNOW?

    Did You Know?

As you walk up the steps to the building which houses the U.S. Supreme Court you can see near the top of the building a row of the world's law givers and each one is facing one in the middle who is facing forward with a full frontal view ... it is Moses and he is holding the Ten Commandments!

    DID YOU KNOW?

As you enter the Supreme Court courtroom, the two huge oak doors have the Ten Commandments engraved on each lower portion of each door.

    DID YOU KNOW?

As you sit inside the courtroom, you can see the wall,
right above where the Supreme Court judges sit,
a display of the Ten Commandments!

    DID YOU KNOW?

There are Bible verses etched in stone all over
    the
Federal Buildings and Monuments in Washington, D.C.

    DID YOU KNOW?
James Madison, the fourth president, known as "The Father of Our Constitution" made the following statement:

"We have staked the whole of all our political institutions upon the capacity of mankind for self-government, upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God."

    DID YOU KNOW?

Patrick Henry, that patriot and Founding Father of our country said:

"It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded not by religionists but by Christians, not on religions but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ".

    DID YOU KNOW?

Every session of Congress begins with a prayer by a paid preacher, whose salary has been paid by the taxpayer since 1777.

    DID YOU KNOW?

Fifty-two of the 55 founders of the Constitution were members of the established orthodox churches in the colonies.

    DID YOU KNOW?
Thomas Jefferson worried that the Courts would overstep their authority and instead of interpreting the law would begin making law ...an oligarchy ...
the rule of few over many.

    DID YOU KNOW?
The very first Supreme Court Justice, John Jay, said:

"Americans should select and prefer Christians as their rulers."

How, then, have we gotten to the point that everything
we have done for 220 years in this country is now
    suddenly wrong and unconstitutional?

Please forward this to everyone you can. Lets put it around the world
and let the world see and remember what this great country was built on.

    Thank you!!

"Americans should select and prefer Christians as their rulers."

This is true, but Bush only says he's christian, his actions prove otherwise. Theres no doubt that christian claims are made, but there is a big difference between a real christian and one who thinks that they are.

Can I just add a post which was written by Astaroth on another thread.. I think it sums up why so many non americans have such a problem with the percieved attitude of americans! This blew me away!

Excuse me!! Since when does the US need the United Nations to legitimize its actions, ESPECIALLY when the US is defending itself?

The United Nations is a collection of pygmys and third-world countries that, at the very least, hate us and want our stuff. Are you aware that Russia, Germany and France received kickbacks from Saddam when he was raping the "oil for food" program just to keep quiet? Where was that i... mpotent organization when Saddam thumbed his nose at their "resolutions"?

Illegal war? That's the pot calling the kettle black. The UN a corrupt organization which is our enemy, and it has NO SAY WHATSOEVER in what the United States does to protect itself.

As far as Christianity goes. This country was founded by Christians and on Christian principles. The Constitution itself is written for God-fearing people. Without a set of core morals, freedom has no meaning. There is nothing wrong with a President affirming his faith in public.

And as far as the "Muslim hate" goes. I do not hate the Muslims. Not all Muslims are terrorists. But thus far, all terrorists we've met since 9/11 have been Muslim. WHERE is the Muslim community? Why do we not hear a clamor of voices denouncing the terrorist atrocities? That, my friends, is called "guilt by association."

Think about that next time you lash out against Bush.

I cant believe attitudes like this still exist!!!!

Just after they slaughtered millions of native americans to be able to do so.
