Hey everybody :)History Day is a programat my school, along with many others, in which each student ( or group of students) choose a particular historic figure on which to do a project.
    I chose Timothy Leary.
The theme of history day this year is an individual that made an impact, or somethin along those lines. I think Timothy Leary made quite an impact on western society, so I can't see how this could have been a bad choice.
I know quite a bit about timothy leary, but where better to find some places to start looking than a forum partially devoted to psychedelics. I know I've seen some people on here who claim to be from the 1960s/1970s and would like to know if any of you have suggestions for books to read or somethin along those lines. Maybe some insight on what truly went down, and what impact timothy leary made on your lives or on the lives of your peers.
Since Im doing a documentary I think I would also like to interview someone from that generation, but I am not 100% on that, as I can't really think of anything to ask. But that could all change, maybe i will decide to. :cheers2:
I would also be willing to hear ideas for points to make, I have some but could use more.
Im also a pretty good student, and have excellent skills with video editing, so dont think im some burnout looking for a quick A ( not that you would ). Im going to be putting some serious time into this thing. I love video editing so Im gunna be having a pretty fun time doing this :)
