I wouldn't have ate the bag with it, don't get that but I suppose if a cop was walking up to my car i'd make quick and rough desisions.

 

I can only imagine how fucking hilarious this really would be to see. Not at your expense, but that is like the last thing I would do, but I am from cali. Ipecac would have been a good choice to make. get it up and out fast.

seriously though, why the hell would you eat the weed/bag? Even if you ate the weed, I dont think having a rsin-y baggie would een be illegal. (its not substancial enough to be calssified as drugs, and i believe you cant be charged for possession after its "use".)

id have stashed it under the seat, or even in my pants. i doubt hes gonna search a car very hard just because the driver is drunk
