firstly, hello! t'is my first post here.. ive just got my first mooncup, but havent used it as yet, so forgive me im not very knowledgeable on this.. so the instructions say after you empty it you should wash it with mild soap, before reinserting and i was wondering whether people had a specific soap they use? or if it doesnt really matter at all, and im asking a pointless question! thanky : )
i would think a mild, all natural sorta soap (since it's going back in your body) would be the way to go. something without frangrance. i don't know though, actually. but that's what i'd do.
I've never used a mooncup (like a Divacup, right?), but I wash all of my piercings with basic ivory soap and haven't had any trouble. You'll want to rinse it well, though. Ouch. . .
ive never heard of a divacup so i googled it, and yeah its the same thing! ill have a look at ivory soap then, thank you ev/one
