every time i go out to ride my bike i feel like i've been locked up for years. my mind is totally blown every time about how i can propel myself forward at a speed faster than walking without using gasoline or anything else. :)

this may sound incredibly silly, but it makes me appreciate bicycles all the more.

yeah i ride my bike everywhere its so much better than driving for every other reason than speed. riding a bike around town is so much funner than driving cause you can enjoy your surroundings more without concentrating as much.

I love my (t)rusty bike! Together with my equally trusty (not rusty) subconscious it generally gets me home in one piece after nights of heavy leasure. :cheers2:

    Hi guys
I bought a bike last year as I got one for my daughter whos 7,I decided to buy one at the same time so I got a funky purple 2nd one.I LOVE IT.
Its probably one of the best things Ive ever bought and it only cost me 40quid.
I ride to work,I ride my daughter to school, the shops....I actually bought a ruck sack so I could fit all my groceries in so now I dont catch the bus.
Even when I get up at 5am to go to work and its cold and wet Im still happy when I ride my bike.It makes me feel really free and it takes a fraction of the time instead of walking.
Its one of my best friends now :) awwwwwwwwww
I would not swap it for anything .

I fell in love with bike riding over the summer. I was always so bored and had no one to hang out with during the day so I just started riding every day for around 20 miles out on this canal. It was so peaceful and relaxing plus all the exercise made me feel great.

Thats so funny 22 secs in pretty good!! You would kinda have to know the rd well incase there was a sudden turn or a crossroad!
Hummmmmmmmm I wanna go play this but its dark outside and ppl might think Im crazy.

me too.at least now in the winter.i used to ride all winter.but i haven't much the last few years opting to walk the shorter distances and bussing the further distances.i see alot of winter riders out there though.and the bike trails appear to be plowed more than they used to.

They're such fun! I have horrible luck with them, though. Every bike I've ever had my brother borrows from me when I'm not around and breaks them. I guess that's what I get for having a brother who thinks he's really badass and thinks he can do tricks when he really can't. He just busts his ass and my awesome bikes.

that's not nice.brothers can be such knuckleheads sometimes.hate to think you'd have to lock up your bike to keep your own brother off it.i go through small towns and i see bikes just laying around and i think that's nice i wish i could do that where i live.

Lawlz @ icecreampheonix. I miss my bike SOOOO much. All the places that I could ride my bike are never plowed so even if I wanted to bear the 20 and below weather, I couldn't! <:( I'm seriously going through bicycle riding withdrawl.
