So, I got sick yesterday at about noon. Threw up twice, the last time being about 8 p.m. It's now 11:30 a.m. Would smoking make me sick again or would it help? I don't rreally feel nauseous anymore, but I have to work tonight and don't wanna risk it.
I don't think I've ever even had the flu, but I usually get the common cold a couple of times in the winter. I found that smoking would make my symptoms go away, but extend the length of time it took for me to rid myself of the sickness entirely.
it helps as long as u are not nuasated and u can breath , and not half way like it is harder to take hits . but yes it does help but prolongs the symtoms i do the the flu and cold , and i have taken only a toke here or there i helps ease some of the pain and give me a bt of appitire to gain energy then i take some sleep meds and the other pills to and i feel good for about 4 hours
i get the flu pretty much yearly like clockwork. i dont normally smoke as i feel to shitty to smoke and even when i did like joker said bein sick is so much of a buzzkill i never really even felt it. try if u want though not a whole lot to hurt
when i caught mono a few months ago i made a thread similar to this. mother's love told me about making bayleaf tea, which i did and helped with congestion. but yes, smoking does help. it allowed me to eat more, sleep better, and like lucjl volcin said, forget that i was sick in the first place
