hmm didnt really work for me i watched close my eyes and faced up and nothin happened=/

 

i've seen this before.. it worked for me, and kinda freaked me out haha

 

You have to really focuses close your eyes, get in the zone

 

if you repeatedly blink quickly instead of closing your eyes it works better

 

How do they do that?

 

go in the dark and take a flash of your hand in front of you with a camera flash..
after the flash, move your hand... HAHA, your hand will still sit there in the dark..
And will look like a spirit..
The longer you do it the better you get at it... It helps if your a white person..
We didnt have youtube 20 years ago.. We had to make our own illusions..
