illegal in NY

    my neighbor told me he went to pick up some salvia at a store he usually gets it from and they said that they couldnt carry it anymore......dose anyone know if the legal status of salvia has changed in NY or maybe just the store owner is being a bitch

    Louisiana, Missouri, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Delaware, Maine, North Dakota, Illinois, Kansas, Virginia, Florida, and Mississippi r only states its illegal remember google is ur friend lol

    According to Daniel Siebert's website...
    A local law prohibits possession and sale of Salvia divinorum in Suffolk County, New York.
    Do you live in that area? It's cheaper online anyway order it there!!

    But don't let that stop you. Remember If in TN. You can own the plant just as long as you don't process the plant. Other states are like that as well.

    nah i live in dutchess county....and i think the store that he went to might have been in putnam county like 15 minutes away

    whats a reliable website to get salvia from...i just dont trust people

    i live in CT - anyone know where to get it in person?
