my neighbor told me he went to pick up some salvia at a store he usually gets it from and they said that they couldnt carry it anymore......dose anyone know if the legal status of salvia has changed in NY or maybe just the store owner is being a bitch

According to Daniel Siebert's website... A local law prohibits possession and sale of Salvia divinorum in Suffolk County, New York. Do you live in that area? It's cheaper online anyway order it there!!
But don't let that stop you. Remember If in TN. You can own the plant just as long as you don't process the plant. Other states are like that as well.
