:confused:Allright guys here it goes, ive done acid 4 times last year and it was prob the most amazing thing i have ever done, i love it very much, everything about it is amazing, anyways whenever i think about it now though i get these like panic attack type of things which i can get through pretty easily but i just wanna know if you people think these panic attacks are from the amount of weed ive smoked which was alot, from november of 07 to last month everyday multiple times and before that but not as much, because lsd is amazing and i really want to enjoy it without these panic attacks, iam gonna be taking a break from everything for a while to see if this goes away anyways the question is are the panic attacks thing from pot or simply me? sorry if you guys think this is pointless lol thanks for any help, peace and love to all :D

I think that the pot is what could be causing the panic attacks. I've been there and I found that smoking less helps ALOT. Also I would advise to take it easy on the trips until you can settle down and get your head in the right space.

Take it easy and it will all make sense one day.

pot has triggered anxiety in me before and i have had somewhat of a mild panic attack from it before but nothing serious. cutting down might be a good idea. a short hiatus clears the lungs out for a bit and gets your tolerance down.

    panic attacks aren't panic attacks

panic attacks are just when you've been given an intense jolt of energy... do something with it

LOL, you've clearly never had a strong panic attack, the kind that makes you faint or empty your bowels. They are an onset of energy -AND- some type of dysphoria, usually panic.

Definitely the weed, had the same problem as you, cut way back on the weed and the attacks vanished.

It happens to some people, even if they've smoked for years.
It's their cue they're done working with the medicine.

works for me! been smoking since the 70s, daily all day about an ounce every 2 months if I stretch it and I get the same thing but seriously I had to decide to get over it or get out of it.

I choose to get over it. Daily.
