Can I use a fake name?

I want to order this thing online(just a cigarette holder) but I really don't want to use my name, I know I need to put my last name(right?) but I always feel uncomfortable about my full name being displayed somewhere online. Does it really matter?

 

I don't really see why you would want to use a fake name but I am sure you wull be able to.

The only issue might be with your credit card - they often match off your details with those on the card but sometimes they only check the number, expiry and address. I have used my name when using my Mum's card.

Just try it and see what happens.

 

Its a pre paid card so it has no name.

If you have the possibility to do it, then fine.

 

Just pick a good one, like Mike Hunt or Haywood Jablome.

 

Sometimes you get a weird mailman and they won't deliver stuff if it doesn't have your name on it, probably assuming they are doing you a favor by keeping junk from you. But that doesn't happen often.

 

there's gotta be better ones than that though...put some imagination to it!

I use a pseudonym wherever possible. Ordering pizza, mail, introductions to people I know I'll never meet again. I'm not kidding. Very few people need to know your name, and it's fun.
