This is an excellent, Emmy award-winning documentary that aired on HBO about four years ago, covering the side you rarely hear about in the media regarding the ongoing conflict between the Israelis and Palestinians. During the filming of the documentary, producer/director James Miller was killed by an Israeli tank, as seen in the final minutes of the movie. A part of me can't help to think that James was a victim of his own prejudiced notion that, as a British journalist, he held a privilege to come and go unhindered, which certain Palestinians may not have. It's a war zone, not a playground. Another part of me sees the value in filming a documentary about the situation, though it is too sentimental and prejudiced for my taste.
