mushrooms probably. i dont know... there's just something about them. i think it is because they come from the earth and they are so organic and natural. it brings me closer to the earth when i trip on them, and that's part of what meditating is about. being one with the earth and the universe, right?
Both are good in different ways. LSD seems like it is better for tai chi type meditation due to the energy rush.....while shrooms being more of a milder stimulant would be better for sitting down or in the lotus position. But both styles of meditation should be done on both drugs. It's just that shrooms is more easier to get so I use it more. LSD there's too many things to worry about like if you bought fake paper or even if you bought real acid whether your keeping the blotter safely, because acid is such a fragile chemical. And it is far less likely to get fake shrooms. Especially if you grow them. A religion where pot, shrooms, and dmt were the sacraments would be ideal. But I can see acid in some futuristic setting (though the same could be said for shrooms, since it is like the ultimate science fiction drug).
For me the Acid I was getting gave me and everyone around me way to much energy to focus the way that you need to, to achieve a good meditation. Where as shrooms always gave me that awesome deep breath kind of calm feeling. I could see how acid, if you could calm down enough, could really allow you to achieve some amazing stuff but shrooms I think are more forgiving and would let you into a deep concentration A LOT faster...
id say neither, I dont mediate so im naive on this but wouldnt you get a clearer understanding of whatever it is your meditation for with a clear mind? I find psychedelics bring on unexpected revelations at there own will, Ive never tried to force it.
mushrooms... with acid i get to distracted, but with mushrooms i can just sit and hink for the whole trip, letting my mind take me to where i need to be
even though mushrooms is my prefered psychadelic. i think i would have a very hard time focusing for long enough to make good with.
