Would you say you planted the seeds in the Earth? Earth.. The name Earth was derived from the Anglo-Saxon word erda, which means ground or soil?
They coverered their ass.. but even they dont know what the heck they are contradicting.. 4.the surface of this planet: to fall to earth. 5.the solid matter of this planet; dry land; ground. 6.soil and dirt, as distinguished from rock and sand; the softer part of the land. 7.the hole of a burrowing animal; lair. Brings up another topic.. What the fuck is up with calling the MOON the MOON.. Dont it have a pretty name like the rest of the planets MOONS.. WTf.
The moon is technically called Luna, but I'm not sure if that's actually the scientifically recognized name or even the technical name in the English language.
Cool, Least Im not the only one that knows that.. Still hasnt caught on. Even after :Bear in the big blue house used it.. As stalk said English sucks. Its a lazy language.. I guess thats the point it easy..
What about the star above our theoretical planet? Would you get inside on a hot day, grab some lemonade, and complain about how hot it is out in the alpha centauri? Would you get a sunburn? The sun is Sol, by the way. It would definitely be cooler if we said that.
Having alot of weird trips that involved the sun. I would say yes, it would be cool if more people talked that way..
english, easy? you ask anyone that takes English as a second language.. its one of the toughest languages to learn/understand
Depends on the planet of course. Maybe the soil would be some kind of puddinglike substance, in that case I wouldn't call it earth.. English is the easiest language I've learned. And it's not my first language.
