    I discovered JD rather late in life but was astounded by their music the first time.....my fave tunes are Bodies please don't die and Love will tear us apart.........

    I remember the day Ian Curtis died, and how upset several people I knew were. Saw the film about him- strange to see a film where you know the ending.

    I have all 3 albums & one called Substance. I also have the movie Control, which was beautifully shot. Such a shame he dird before the band was able to grow a bit more, but maybe their legacy is fine as it is. RIP Ian...

    Colony, New Dawn fades, Isolation, Ceremony, there have been entire month's where all i'd listen to was Joy Division (with a little Dead can Dance mixed in)

    New Order and Joy Division were my favorite bands for a while. I was really on a new wave stint for a bit
