He may decriminilize it, but i would say thats as far as he would go. There is no way he would ever legalize it. I feel weed will be totally legal to the point of alcohol because so many DEA & ATF people would lose their jobs because they wouldn't have shit to do because they couldn't bust potheads anymore. I'm just saying, that's my opinion.

no, the president doesnt have that kinda power. The closest you'll get is him instructing the feds to leave medical MJ providers alone.
If they dont, people will still be charged with federal crimes they are in fact guilty of and shit will go on like it always has.
