I have to say this movie is amazing for annoying the fuck out of your friends. Pretty much like The Ninth Gate. You say "Hey, I have got this movie, it's worth watching". Their reactions at the closing credits are always priceless.

I havn't seen it myself man. Trees making toxic poison? Well it is possible. I mean trees thrive on carbon dioxide. Which is steadily being driven outta our air by carbon monoxide produced from several different areas. So if the trees adapted to fit the carbon monoxide an' instead of dispelling oxygen into the atmosphere they made a compound from that monoxide who knows what they'd come up with
you can't take poison an' not make more poison.

Well see what I looked up was that Plants can make this chemical that can make their leaves taste bad when they are about to be consumed.. and so they pass it on to other plants so that the animal that is about to consume the leaves have to travel about 50 miles to find food

I liked the movie, it was far-fetched but I like the message that nature might one day strike back at humanity for fucking the world up...

It was an interesting twist nonetheless. But you ask an interesting question (or the movie displays an interesting question). It is a bit creepy that we wouldn't have control.

And did anyone else think that throughout the movie Mark Wahlberg talked like someone was squeezing his nutsack?

Its was just ok for me, not too spectacular. Some of the parts I thought were kind of silly.

make sure you read the quote on the chalk board during the classroom scene, so that gives you the idea why they made this theory. the movie, was interesting, it wasnt boring, but it was really thrilling to watch. good to rent, wouldnt buy it though

It was less horrible than I expected.

In fact, I laughed a lot. The constant deaths had an amusing vibe to them, at least for me.

I love the idea of plants fighting us terrible humans! You go plants!
