Relationships SUCK.

I just got done texting my girlfriend for an hour because she wouldn't talk on the phone right now. She is "stressed out" and wants to be alone at the moment, and just doesn't want to get into an in depth conversation about anything. She posted a bulletin on Myspace tonight that basically said that she was sick of and fed up with her current relationship situation, which would be me (I'm assuming I'm the only one) but she didn't understand why I was taking it personally.

Without reposting the whole thing out of respect, here are a couple lines in segments that kind of bothered me...

"i am just lookin for that one guy who isnt like all the rest, but i doubt he is out there.... i dunno this time of the year is kinda depressing, it never turns out the way i hope it would"

I just don't get it, and why does this happen right before Christmas Eve? Geez, this pisses me off. I just needed to vent and get it off my chest.

Give her some space man. People need to vent about all kinds of things. They used to use diarys but now they use the internet. If she really hasa a problem with you she will talk to you when she is ready. Until then, houding her by text and getting pissed off will definitely help neither of you.

How was it "hounding her?" She apparently was fine with texting, she didn't say leave me alone or anything. She just didn't want to talk on the phone.

 

Tell me one thing though guys, just from that line, does it sound like she has much faith in us at all?

that sounds mighty lame ot me. i wouldnt post my relationship troubles on the internet for all, including my guy, to see before at least trying to sort htem out on teh downlow with my guy/ranting about it in confidence with friends who know not to share (sometimes girls just need to rant to get it out of their system, were weird like that)

her lame, for posting relationship problems on the net for all tos ee and then refusing to sort shit out with you. laaaaaaaaaaaaaaame, and worriesome (ie, deeper relationship issues will invariably result if she refuses to sort stuff out with y ou evar)

 

Here's the thing. She insists that the message wasn't directed at me, but that worries me MORE. I am worried that she still has a thing for her ex, and considering this just happened to me once already this year, I am paranoid of it happening again.

I dunno. Maybe it's just me. But if somebody tells me that they don't want to have a conversation with me, I presume that an hour long texting session would sort of be approaching the same thing and wouldn't do it.
