Perhaps I could have focused on the positives rather than the negative.

To be honest with you, I can see why you may have an issue with your nose.
It is slightly irrational IMO, but I can see why.
There is nothing wrong with your nose in my eyes, but I don't have to walk around with it - though I'd be happy to walk around with you
I guess we all have little bit of body dysmorphia.
Surgey just seems extreme.
Good look with it though.

Goddamnit, you look great. I would let my nose be if I were you, I don't see anything wrong with it at all! And perhaps you look a few years older then your age (not in a disturbing way at any means) but most of the times when a person looks older in their twenties it's the opposite in like their forties.
By the way, I'm not saying this to make you feel better, but because I felt like being honest too.
