    reno nevada, last week it was much colder here than in toronto (think 30 degrees) because they had insulative snow and clouds.

    Oh I understand the dynamics of terrain, elevation, warm, cold, occluded fronts, down slopping winds, cloud cover (or lack of) precipitation, depth of snow cover, wind speed, up and downdrafts, proximity to a large body of water, the urban heat island effect...etc….. and how they can influence the temp [​IMG]

    It's like -15C right now, yesterday it was like -20... and we're supposed to get like 15cm snow by morning.

    this morning it's -44 with the wind chill here in lovely saskatchewan....I would like to add that YES it may be colder than fuck but our economy is strong- one of the strongest in north america atm so I'll take cold over poor any day:)

    -6 Celsius with knee-deep snow on the ground....tomorrow it is supposed to go up to +7, with freezing rain or ice pellets. Niiiice.

    -33C, -43C with the windchill...
    (uh, -27F then -45F with the windchill)

    and i get to drive my fiances brother back to his town half an hour away today *grumble grumble* roads are fuckin icy and i hate driving on the highways when they suck

    It has been pretty cold here these past few days, but nothing compares to the winter in Ottawa. That was just sad. All the snow ALL the fucking time, all the ice, the wind, freezing, it made me want to cry.
    I even left my super warm coat there. I couldnt have gone anywhere with the jacket I wear here.
