It's just stretching bigger than she's used to. Don't worry, I used to be the same way. Just give it a while, and the pain will calm down.
Do you jump straight to anal or do your have foreplay or what? It helps to have quite a bit of foreplay before having anal. Use vibrators/dildos to kind of stretch it a little. Then when you guys actually have anal, it won't hurt as bad. Also, if you don't already, use lots of lube. It helps with the pain. ;]
