you need to eat...i don't know how i can make this more clearer than this, but you need to eat protein. thats the most important nutrient you will be putting into your body. i'm almost certain you aren't getting sufficient amounts of protein in your daily intake of food right now, same with getting enough essential fatty acids - omega 3. so find a way to up your protein intake, get your omega 3s up, and cut out a bunch of the carbs your eating.

but first, since i already know your body isn't ready to go through this large of a change, you need to get it ready to lose the weight - otherwise you will not be as efficient as you could be. you need to start a solid training program - a program that integrates both weights and cardio in a sensible manner - and you need to eat enough of the right foods to sustain that level of energy output, and then eat enough so your body is able to repair and restore and possibly even build new muscle - this is why you need the protein.

for a training program, i would look into a book called "New Rules of Lifting for Women" - you can pick it up at a bookstore, or you can order it online. it has more than a few programs planned out and you pick one and you follow it. not anything near advanced, and being a beginner you don't need anything more advanced than a sensible training program coupled with a sensible calorie deficit (again, once you get enough protein and EFAs you'll be fine) and then you'll lose fat in a healthy manner. its going to take longer than 2 months...but if you want to do this and be healthy, then you will want to keep your lean body mass that you already have and possibly add more on top of that

at the gym - more is not always better. doing cardio before and after hitting the weights is not going to be a sensible training program, especially on a calorie restricted diet.

a liquid diet of V8 is a terrible idea - you need to eat whole foods. and no, V8 doesn't have everything your body requires. and realize how much V8 you would have to drink just to get even close to maintenance level of calories needed - thats a ton of V8 throughout the day, which loads your body up with sugar.

    Cut off a leg.

Alternately.....I got rid of 45lbs over about 3 months. Eat right - no chips, no pop, etc. Do not drink beer. Exersize lots every day. We all know howw and what to do. Do you really want to? I did but it sux.

Sometimes it easier to cut off the leg.

    sounds awesome!

    Oh man
    a great thing to kow
I was reading the book "What To Eat" the other night, and it was talking about food you did not make yourself. They talked about how they would take certain dishes, and bring them to a lab, and they'd turn out to have 1,000 calories in them. This happened in meals that seemed pretty harmless, and about 300-600 calories. so when you go to a reasurant, have half-portions

I was life long obese from childhood. 50 lbs in two months us extremly dangerous. You will definitly forfeit your monthly visitor for a while and have all sorts of other dangerous effects from the sudden crash. Your immune system will think you have a disease and you will be more likely to get colds since it is in high gear relatively 24/7.

If you want to do things right, you goal will require 9 months to 1 year. And you'll barely notice the changes Health wise. This will also give you ample time to GRADUALLY change your life style one poor habit at a time @ first.

In other words: the more of you there is the more substantial you feel, You stand out in a crowd out of sheer bulk, like a troll any attention is better than none, your obesity is an excuse not to succeed, to stay inside or at least limit your participation in outdoor activities, by default your gross, vulgar, nasty, course, foul, rank, unclean, vile, and food has become your obsession; your safety blanket; as you grow larger depravity becomes your middle name, which further fuels your wantonness when it comes to feeding, and shamelessness when it comes to sheer bulk

don't do distilled water. it will leech your body of nutrients and make you feel sick and harder for you to lose weight, spring water is really good if you're looking for a pure source. and work up to working your body very hard. hitting the gym is one thing. hitting the gym if you've never hit it or been out for a while is entirely another. if you hit it too hard in the beginning you could injure yourself or just plain not ever want to go back. personally i think you should fax a picture of your middle finger to your insurance co. but if you're serious about it take it slowly and steadily and don't give up. you'll create a new chemical structure in your body after a little while... think of it like an addiction. kind of a bad analogy but it works. your body will stop craving sucrose after a week or two, especially if you're switching to fruit and having enough complex sugars in your diet. and once you start working out you'll get to a point where you kind of need your workout fix so to speak. also work out with a buddy... makes it way easier to keep going.
