Do Your Parents Care You Smoke?

Both of my parents know I smoke.

My mom found an eighth of mids in my pants pocket about a year ago, but my dad didn't know until about a month ago, when my mom told him about me getting arrested.

My mom accepts that I smoke, but doesn't ever want me to take anything outside of my house, for fear of me getting arrested again. My mom has found numerous bags of weed and paraphernalia in my room. She used to take it all and throw it out, but since the summer, she just leaves it where it is. My mom used to be a huge deadhead, and has smoked more weed than I ever will, so she knows that weed isn't a hard drug and I'm not gonna end up shooting heroin because of it.

My dad just doesn't talk about me smoking, unless its to crack a stupid joke about me being a stoner or if he's telling one of my aunts or someone. He completely disaproves of it, he believes I'm throwing my life away and that I'm gonna end up a homeless person.

 

My mum cares more then my dad but she can't stop me and doesn't try.

im clean now so its all good.

 

nope my fam doesnt care.. they joke about it more than anything

 

sometimes their cool with it and sometimes their not. I hide it really well from them. just to be on the safe side

 

My dad has always been super cool. He used to tell me that if everyone smoked pot there wouldn't be any wars. He was a bit of a drugie back in the day. He's done just about every drug except herion and ecstasy but he wants to try ecstasy if he ever goes to europe and goes to a rave or something. He's a bit off. My mom is super cool about it too. She was the same as my dad but didnt smoke pot as much as did harder drugs. My dad doesnt smoke pot anymore and my mom will with me every once in awhile.
