The coyotes are out tonight

My house is at the edge of the open desert outside Tucson. I hear them singing almost every night.

 

Wow.
So you live in the wilderness...??

 

actually coyotes are becoming a problem in some urban parts of the US, and many suburbs as well, but most likely she lives in or near the wilderness



anyway i love coyotes at night, but i like wolves better

 

We have squirrels around here. iggy:

 

dont see many coyotes in south east texas. Lotsa deer.
it feels good to howl. I howl with my kids at least once a week. We get loud.
Men growling is definately hot.
i growl alot. Specially when someone takes my food or my weeds.

 

A coyote ate my parents cat a while back

We never used to have them here, now we do

 

Yeah I do. I live near a spring fed swamp so all kinds of wildlife walk through my yard.

 

I am serenaded by coyotes every night and I know they love the taste of cats..cause they always come up missing.

 

That's why I designed and had my dad build two cat houses. So I let my cats run free every day, but I lock them up at night when I feed them. Their houses have three levels. The top level is where their beds are, second level is where the food and water is kept, and the bottom is where the litter box is stored.

 

I love the coyotes by my house I put out all the table scrapes for them to eat. They get so mad when the neighbors cats get to their food before them.

The neighbors go through a lot of cats..

They always put up missing cat signs with rewards and my daughter always gets excited like she will find them and get a reward. But then I have to show her a pile of coyote poop full of cat hair.
