I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but what websites do you get Salvia from and what extract would u suggest for a first timer?

I would recommend using the 5x extract, but starting at a very low dosage for your first time, and proceed with great caution; research salvia and try to be as sure as possible what you are doing before you begin.
