use photobucket.com. if you upload it them to that site they have a tool that will shrink them for you. works great.
No we can't have you shrinking that pretty face. But you should hurry with getting up pics I'm itching to see!!
u can open a picture up in Microsoft Paint and then click on the "Image" button, then in the drop down menu select "Resize/Skew" and then when u get to the menu for the Resizing part just enter the percent u want to decrease it by. Example. u have a picture thats lets say 300 pixels vertically and 300 horizontally. u go to the resize thing and enter in a number. say u want it to be 25% smaller, u would enter in 25 in the horizontal and vertical boxes. then save the image, upload it to a image hosting site.
